If a package is returned due to the customer's unavailability and they have been duly informed by us directly or through or shipping provider's system of this circumstance, it will be the customer's responsibility to cover for the cost of reshipping.

Returns & Exchanges Overview:
- For UK Orders: Returns are free within 14 days from the delivery date for all items except custom, made-to-order helmets, and sample sale items. Beyond this period, a return shipping fee applies.
- For International Orders: Return shipping charges will be based on the costs incurred by our courier partners and handling fees.
- Conditions for Returns: All products that are bought from our site only can be returned. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund. Customised helmets and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
- Damage Charges: All products must be packed according to our packing instructions to avoid any damage. Returns damaged due to customer negligence will incur a fee of 50% of the helmet's RRP plus shipping costs.
Sizing Insurance:
- Availability: Sizing Insurance is available for custom and made-to-order helmets at £50. It must be purchased at the time of helmet order or before shipping.
- Benefits: Allows for one size exchange within 14 days of receipt if the helmet does not fit, applicable for helmets with the same design specifications. The policy is not valid for refunds, where a 50% refund policy applies (excluding any shipping fees).
Process & Conditions:
- Return Initiation: Complete our return form within 14 days of receipt for eligible returns/exchanges, with the exception of manufacturing defects.
- Managed Returns: Hedon oversees the entire return process. Upon approval of a return request, we issue prepaid shipping label to UK customers and invoice International customers for shipping costs for a convenient pick-up or drop-off.
- Special note for helmets with inbuilt visor: Do not remove visor stickers on Epicurist and Heroine Racer helmets until fit is confirmed. Helmets returned without stickers on both sides are not eligible for return.
- Custom and Made-to-Order Cancellation: These items can be cancelled within 14 days of the order for a full refund. Post-14 days or upon receipt, they are subject to a 50% refund for returns or require payment adjustment for exchanges.
- Non-Refundable Items: Sample sale purchases are eligible for exchange for a higher priced helmet or a voucher but cannot be refunded. Ensure proper fit by consulting our sizing chart or trying on a Hedon test helmet before purchasing customised items to avoid return/refund
issues for reasons of size, colour, or aesthetics. - Packaging & Shipping: Follow our Hedon Helmet Return Packing Procedures for safe return shipping. Detailed instructions are provided on the return form.
