Returns for orders within the UK are free for up to 14 days from the date of delivery. With the exception of Customs, Made-to-order and Samples. However, if the 14-day window has passed, UK customers will be charged return shipping fee.
For customers outside of the UK, the return shipping charges will be based on the costs incurred by our courier partners and handling fees.

Custom and Made-To-Order helmets are only entitled to a 50% refund and so for all those Hedon virgin's - we would strongly advise opting for our size insurance option for an additional £50.
