Carbon sun peaks, the Classic Peak and Motocross Peak, plus replacement visors for the Heroine Racer and Epicurist. Made to the same standard as the helmets they fit. Clear, coloured, tinted, mirrored...your ride, your rules, and the right visors help bring the whole look together.

Motorcycle Helmet Peaks and Visors

A peak and a visor do different jobs, and most riders end up wanting both. The visor is your weather and debris barrier. The peak sits above it and cuts low sun out of your eyeline, the way a cap brim does. This collection holds both, made for Hedon helmets and finished in the same materials as the shells they fit.

What a Helmet Peak Actually Does

A peak is a shaped extension that blocks light coming in above your line of sight. Riders reach for one in early morning and late afternoon, when the sun sits low and a tinted visor is either too dark or not the right sort of glare protection.

  • Low sun: the peak shades your eyes without darkening the whole visor, so you keep clear vision in shadow and under trees.
  • Rain and spray: it holds a little water off the top of the visor at slower speeds.
  • Silhouette: a peak reshapes the whole profile of the lid, which is why so many cafe racer, scrambler, and adventure builds run one.

A peak is not a substitute for a visor or goggles. At speed it won't keep wind or grit out of your eyes on its own, and you'll still need one or the other for real eye protection.

Carbon, Classic and Motocross Peaks

Three peak shapes, each doing something different:

  • Carbon Sun Peak: exposed or white carbon, in matte or glossy. The lightest option and the one that holds its shape best at speed.
  • Classic Peak: the traditional shallow brim. Quietest at speed and closest to a vintage silhouette.
  • Motocross Peak: deeper and more angled, made for off road and dual sport riding where you’re looking further ahead and lower.

Carbon is the choice if you ride at speed regularly. The classic and motocross peaks suit town riding, green lanes and slower touring.

Replacement Visors

Visors scratch. It happens to everyone, and a scratched visor scatters light badly at night. We keep replacements for the current models:

Order the visor that matches your helmet model and generation. A 2.0 visor will not fit a first generation shell, so check which version you own before ordering.

Fitting a Peak or Visor

Both fit to the same side mounts as the standard visor, using the screws already on your helmet. It’s a two minute job with the right screwdriver, and no adhesive or drilling of any kind.

Tighten the screws until the peak holds position, and no further. Overtightening strips the mount, and a peak that sits too loose will lift at speed. If you're unsure which parts fit your helmet, our team can confirm from your model and year.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a Hedon peak fit any motorcycle helmet?

No. Hedon peaks are made for Hedon helmets and mount to our own visor hardware. They won’t fit other manufacturers because mount spacing and screw patterns differ between brands. If you ride a Hedonist, Epicurist or Heroine Racer, the product page lists which models each peak fits.

Can I fit a sun peak myself?

Yes. A peak fits to the existing side mounts on your helmet using the standard visor screws, so no drilling or glue is involved. It takes about two minutes with a small screwdriver. Tighten until the peak holds its position and stop there, because overtightening can damage the mount.

What is the difference between a sun peak and a motocross peak?

A sun peak is a shallow brim that shades your eyes from low sun while keeping the helmet profile close to the shell. A motocross peak is deeper and angled further down, made for off road riding where you’re scanning the ground ahead. The motocross shape catches more wind at road speeds, so most riders on tarmac choose the sun peak.

Which visor fits the Heroine Racer?

The Heroine Racer Visor 2.0 is designed specifically for the Heroine Racer 2.0 shell. Visors are not interchangeable across generations, so a 2.0 visor will not fit an earlier Heroine Racer shell. Check which version your helmet is before ordering, and contact us if the model year is not clear.
