For your safety, you should never ride with a helmet which has already suffered a crash. Our Crash Replacement Program offers peace of mind by allowing you to replace your helmet at a 50% discount if it gets damaged in a crash or accident.

• Get 50% off a the RRP of a replacement HEDON motorcycle helmet*. We cannot guarantee that the same model or style that you originally purchased will be available, however we will offer you options within the same product range, or similar range. 
• Crash Replacement can only be used within the warranty period of the helmet.
• Crash Replacement must be bought with the helmet and cannot be purchased at a later date; it is only related to that product and is non-transferable.
• Crash Replacement cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions or offers, and only applies to Recommended Retail Price.
• Crash Replacement only covers the helmet; all other accessories (comms, visors, etc.) are not covered.
• The original receipt or order number must be provided in the event of a claim. You may also be asked to prove that the helmet has been damaged, e.g. by sending us photos of the damaged helmet. In some cases, we may ask you to ship the product back to us.
• Crash Replacement is non-refundable unless HEDON are unable to provide a replacement.
